Crankshaft made of forged steel, according to the different requirements of strengthening to decide the material,
if the rated power is less than 220kw will use 45# steel, if more than 220kw will use 42CrMo steel. The crankshaft
via a soft nitriding treatment, has good fatigue strength and wear resistance.
Cylinder head high 125mm, containing NiCr made of pearlitic cast iron alloy, One cylinder one cover, Good cooling
effect, Subjected to thermal shock the test, can ensure the safe and reliable.
Connecting rod forging manufacture, the material is 42CrMo. The connecting rod is 219mm in length, head width
46mm.
